Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement and monitor the company’s environmental management policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with national and local environmental regulations related to catering and food service operations.
Conduct regular environmental audits, inspections, and risk assessments at kitchens, storage areas, and service sites.
Manage waste disposal, recycling programs, wastewater management, and energy efficiency initiatives.
Prepare and maintain environmental compliance reports, permits, and documentation.
Support the implementation of ISO 14001 and sustainability programs.
Provide training and awareness programs for employees on waste reduction, energy conservation, and eco-friendly practices.
Collaborate with the QHSE team to ensure environmental considerations are integrated into food safety and quality programs.
Report findings, compliance status, and improvement plans to the QHSE Manager.

Hard Skills:
Ability to conduct environmental risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
Knowledge of waste segregation, hazardous material handling, wastewater, and emissions monitoring.
Experience in data collection, environmental reporting, and compliance documentation.
Familiarity with green practices in catering and food service operations.
Competence in environmental training delivery for employees and food handlers.
