Kualifikasi:
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Environmental and Social (E&S) or environmental management experience, preferably in thermal/hydro power plants, renewable energy (solar/wind/geothermal), desalination facilities, heavy EPC construction, or other high-risk industrial sectors.
- Minimum 5 years of proven managerial or leadership experience in leading multi-disciplinary E&S teams, overseeing site environmental engineers, and interfacing with executive leadership.
- Certifications: Sertifikat Kualifikasi Profesi Penyusun AMDAL (KTPA / ATPA) issued by LSK/KLHK is highly desirable. Certified ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor credential is a strong advantage. Professional certifications in Penanggung Jawab Pengelolaan Limbah B3 (PLB3), Penanggung Jawab Pengendalian Pencemaran Air (PPPA), or ISO 45001 are preferred.
- Willingness to travel routinely to remote project sites, power plant locations, and regional construction yards across Indonesia and international project locations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Formulate, implement, and govern comprehensive Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS) and Environmental and Social Action Plans (ESAP) across all EPC project lifecycle phases, including engineering design, procurement, field construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian environmental laws (PP No. 22/2021), Ministry of LHK mandates, IFC Performance Standards (1 through 8), World Bank Group EHS Guidelines, Equator Principles, and corporate ESG sustainability targets.
- Lead and verify Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), AMDAL / UKL-UPL documentation, Social Baseline Studies, Stakeholder Engagement Plans (SEP), and Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) for high-risk power, renewable energy, and desalination projects.
- Oversee environmental engineering compliance, including industrial wastewater treatment, hazardous waste (B3) management, stack emission monitoring, air quality controls, soil contamination prevention, noise mitigation, and biodiversity protection programs.
- Direct community relations, social risk management, land acquisition support, and local grievance redress mechanisms (GRM), resolving community concerns proactively to prevent operational delays and reputational risk.
- Lead comprehensive environmental and social compliance audits, subcontractor ESMS evaluations, CSMS reviews, and site performance inspections across all active EPC project fronts.
- Manage workplace environmental/social incidents, major spill events, community grievances, or regulatory non-compliances using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, enforcing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) tracking.
- Prepare, consolidate, and present executive Environmental & Social performance dashboards, ESG compliance reports, regulatory filings, and sustainability metrics for international lenders, clients, government bodies, and corporate headquarters.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: E&S Management System (ESMS) governance, IFC Performance Standards & World Bank EHS compliance, AMDAL & ESIA leadership, environmental engineering oversight (wastewater, B3, emissions), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) & GRM management, CSMS auditing, ESG reporting, and RCA incident investigation.
- Soft Skills: Active English communication, strategic managerial leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, crisis management, high-level negotiation, diplomatic stakeholder engagement, proactive problem-solving, and uncompromising integrity.
