Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Public Health/Occupational Safety, and/or other related fields.
- Proven experienced of minimum 1-2 years in the same position in the mining industry.
- Willing to be placed in Samarinda – East Kalimantan.
- Having a First Operational Supervisor (POP), SMKP Implementation, Basarnas, First Aider Level 3, Class C Firefighters is preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Actively manage and mitigate emergency situations, evaluate developments, and document all actions and decisions for future reference.
- Conduct regular training for the emergency response team and implement systems and procedures to enhance team effectiveness.
- Handle documentation and reporting while maintaining strong coordination with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Communication skills to give clear instructions in the event of an emergency.
- Problem-solving to handle emergency incidents quickly and effectively.
- Leadership in leading the emergency response team at the work site.
- Able to prepare an emergency response plan (Emergency Response Plan).
- Mastery of emergency response equipment, such as fire extinguishers, gas detectors, and rescue equipment.
