Kualifikasi:
  • Min. bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering or Social Sciences
  • Have more than 10 years of work experiences in related field or minimum 5 years experiences as ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) / Sustainability Manager in mining industry
  • Willing to be placed in Paser mine site East Borneo
  • Subject "ESG TEAM MANAGER"
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop project delivery transformation strategy (milestone) into Business Process such as improvement, innovation/optimalization and effectiveness
  • Proactively anticipate and work toward mitigation risks to the project execution and/or stakeholder engagement Planning & Execution ESG initiatives, managing & ensuring teams might deliver tangible real - all the transformation strategies through consulting, facilitating, analysis & deliveries
  • Develop & review current practices/processes & system, deploy & install a new change to the company infrastructure necessarily
  • Communicate the strategies & objectives with relevant divisions & stakeholders
  • Develop for both short-term & long-term initiatives and execution plans to deliver ESG business results
