Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Education D3/S1 Public Health (specializing in Occupational Safety and Health), K3 Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Have Certification: Industrial Hygiene Officer Training / Industrial Hygiene Monitoring (LPK or Kemnaker). Certificate of Measurement of Work Environment Hazard Factors. Added value: ISO 45001 Awareness, Control of Respirable Dust and Chemicals.
  • Experience: Min. 2–3 years of experience in the field of industrial hygiene or work environment monitoring, especially in heavy industry, smelters, or mineral processing.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Work Environment Monitoring: Conduct routine measurements of Respirable Dust (heavy metals), Noise (smelter area, turbine, workshop), Heat and radiation exposure, Hazardous gases and vapors, Lighting and work ergonomics.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Compile daily/monthly monitoring report. Compare measurement results with the latest NAB (Threshold Limit Value) of the Minister of Manpower Regulation. Keep data records for regulator audits and KK investigation needs.
  • Control and Recommendations: Provide technical recommendations for measurement results that exceed the NAB. Support the HSE team in selecting PPE, ventilation systems, machine enclosures, and control engineering.
  • Education and Socialization: Inform operators about exposure risks and preventive measures. Involved in routine K3 training on safe work environments.
  • Audit and Compliance: Assist in internal audit processes, external audits, and SMKP Minerba audits. Coordination with third party laboratories for periodic testing & result validation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Competence: Proficient in the use of measuring instruments: Sound Level Meter, Lux Meter, Personal Dust Sampler, Gas Detector, WBGT Meter. Preparing and implementing exposure control programs (engineering control, PPE, job rotation). Processing exposure test data and interpreting NAB values.
  • Non-Technical Competence: Thorough, disciplined, and strong in technical documentation. Able to work across units and explain measurement results to management and workers. High commitment to the principle of primary prevention.
