Kualifikasi:

Having a minimum working experience 8 years on HSE implementation in similar or relevant organization
Having certificate of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 5001, etc.), AK3 Umum
Education background min S-1 in Occupational Health & Safety/Environmental Engineering/Law and others relevant major
Certified in risk management is a plus

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Support Head of LC-HSE Department & SSE Division Head on strategy to achieve company objective.
Ensure risk management are carried out and able to foresee the possibility of a risk occurring and nipping it in the bud.
Establish and promote maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions in a business through formulating general safety, fire prevention and health policies and measures.
Investigate accidents, prepare and maintain required reports.
Identify countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence case. Maintain, review and report HSE performance, identifying opportunities for improvement along with implementing preventative and corrective actions as required.
Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues.
Liaise with stakeholders and management to ensure deliverability of health & safety program.
Coordinate ongoing training for safety and environmental awareness at all levels of the workforce and regularly verify that tasks are correctly executed.
Ensure the business is legally compliance with all relevant regulation and standards.
Conduct internal audit & inspection, responsible to ensure non-conformity from external audit closed.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skill both English and Bahasa
A good communication with effective stakeholders’ management and conflict resolution skill
Ability to strict to time constrains and manage the execution
Ability to provide detailed reports and develop safety procedures
Ability to handle pressure effectively and efficiently and keep working schedules
Ability to lead a team of people effectively and act equally as a team member
