Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, majoring in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, with at least 1-2 years in a Coordinator or supervisory role.
Active AK3U and TKBT2 certifications issued by the Ministry of Manpower (KEMNAKER).
Experience in Power plants, Power system facility, or high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
Willing to be assigned to project locations across Indonesia.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Making plans and programs for implementing K3
Generate reports and analyze HSE statistical data
Ensure that hazard identification, risk assessment and OHS programs can be implemented properly
Conduct inspections on work equipment, labor, and health of workers and the work environment
Conduct training to increase employee awareness of K3
Make reports and investigations in case of work accidents in the work area

Harus punya keterampilan:

Proficient in English (written & oral)
Having knowledge of Indonesian and International HSE legislation and requirements, including SMK3. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 management systems standards and certifications
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay well-organized.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
