Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Technics, Occupational Health & Safety, Fire and Safety, Public Health, or a related field.
Pengalaman / Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of Progressive HSE experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven track record of Fire & Rescue management in EPC projects and early production facility operations.
Experience in managing emergency response teams.
Certified K3 - Migas Supervisor Level.
Certified Safety Inspector.
Recognized professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
Certified as a Class B firefighter.
Additional certifications in emergency response, high angle rescue/vertical rescue, medical first responder/first aider, confined space rescue, jungle survival, water rescue from BASARNAS are preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Establish and lead a proactive, high-standard fire protection programme in the operating environment, focusing on identifying critical risks (such as gas leaks, electrical sparks and equipment failure), strengthening mitigation systems, emergency training and monitoring fire response readiness, in order to protect personnel safety and strategic assets and minimise potential fatalities in high-risk oil and gas environments.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong background in regulatory compliance and dealing with government authorities (e.g., SKK Migas, MIGAS, Ministry of Manpower, The National Search and Rescue Agency).
Emergency response, high angle rescue/vertical rescue, medical first responder/first aider, confined space rescue, jungle survival, water rescue from BASARNAS are preferred.
