Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Mining Engineering, Biology, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in environmental management within the mining or heavy construction industry.
Preferably holds certifications such as: Environmental Officer Certification (BNSP), Mine Environmental Management (for mining sector), ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and supervise daily environmental activities at the site in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct environmental monitoring, including: water discharge quality, air quality, noise levels, erosion and sediment control, biodiversity monitoring when applicable.
Oversee the implementation of RKL-RPL programs and ensure compliance with AMDAL obligations.
Coordinate waste management operations, including general waste, domestic waste, and hazardous waste (B3).
Ensure all environmental facilities (WWTP, oil traps, hazardous waste storage, sediment ponds) are functioning properly.
Manage land rehabilitation and reclamation activities, including reforestation, seedling development, soil spreading, and revegetation.
Perform routine inspections to identify environmental risks, pollution sources, or non-compliance issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly environmental reports for the Environmental Supervisor/Engineer.
Support the preparation of documents for audits, government inspections, ISO 14001 compliance, and client reporting.
Assist in the implementation of environmental awareness programs for workers and contractors.
Lead spill response activities, supervise containment efforts, and ensure proper incident reporting.
Maintain inventory and readiness of environmental tools and monitoring equipment.
Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure integrated environmental and safety management at the site.
Promote sustainable mining practices in line with company and client policies.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of environmental monitoring (water quality, air quality, noise, revegetation, erosion & sediment control).
Ability to perform waste management, including B3 storage, labeling, and disposal procedures.
Competence in environmental reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), including RKL-RPL and compliance documentation.
Strong communication skills for coordination with operations, HSE, contractors, and government agencies.
