Kualifikasi:

Minimum diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Must hold a K3 General Certification or equivalent certifications.
At least 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction.
Proven experience in preparing HSE documents for tenders, including Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS) evaluations.
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive HSE Plans for projects or operational processes.
Expertise in conducting pre-qualification assessments and ensuring alignment with client HSE standards.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan for EPCMI activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
Conduct HSE risk assessments and ensure effective risk control measures are implemented.
Review engineering designs, method statements, and work procedures from an HSE perspective.
Supervise HSE performance during manufacturing, construction, and installation activities.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare regular HSE reports for project management.
Support emergency response planning and drills at project sites.
Promote continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across all project teams and contractors.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Competence in creating risk management tools such as HIRADC, JSA, and job-specific SOPs.
Proficiency in accident investigation methods like Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Solid knowledge of international HSE standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and applicable local regulations.
Strong communication, coordination, and technical advisory skills.
Safety supervision, auditing, and performance monitoring.
Development and implementation of HSE Management Systems for EPCMI projects.
Hazard identification and risk assessment (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA/JHA, HIRA).
Construction and fabrication safety management (lifting operations, hot work, confined space, working at height).
Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Preparation of HSE plans, procedures, and method statements review.
