Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or Public Health.
  • Placement South Sumatera.
  • 3–5 years in HSE leadership.
  • AK3 Umum / K3 Mining preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSE Strategic Planning: Developing an annual HSE work program (Safety Plan, Emergency Drill Schedule, Mandatory Training, etc.). Aligning the company's HSE policies with national regulations and client requirements.
  • HSE System Implementation Supervision: Oversee the implementation of K3LH SOPs throughout the mining process. Conduct internal audits and inspections with cross-functional teams.
  • Incident Investigation and Follow-up: Leads workplace accident investigations, prepares RCAs, and CAPAs. Ensuring all findings are resolved and properly documented.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports to regulators (ESDM, Disnaker, DLH). Ensure updates to SMKP, ISO, RKL-RPL, UKL-UPL documents.
  • HSE Team Management: Manage and supervise Safety Officers, Paramedics, Environmental Officers, and HSE Administrators. Manage rotation schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • External Coordination and Audits: Serve as the PIC for HSE audits from regulators, ISO, or clients. Coordinate with the KTT, Operations Department, CSR, and HRGA.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Competencies: Strong regulatory and HSE systems background. Proficient in developing HIRADC, JSA, PTW, safety SOPs, ERP, incident reporting systems, and safety statistics. Understanding of mining operations: drilling, blasting, hauling, disposal, stockpiling, and port loading. Actively involved in preparing and assisting with external audits (ISO, ESDM, SMK3, PROPER).
  • Non-Technical Competencies: Strong leadership and ability to develop a team of Safety Officers. Strong in presentation, reporting, and persuasion across departments. Assertive, analytical, and proactive in decision-making.
