Kualifikasi:

S1/ Bachelor Degree of Any discipline.
Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas and/or petrochemical, and/or powerplant/energy projects.
Minimum 3 years experience in multidiscipline process facility project of oil & gas or petrochemicals with managerial position of Health, Safety and Environmental.
Having valid AK3 (Ahli Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja) Konstruksi / Umum/Migas Certificate from Disnaker/BNSP.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure alignment with national regulations, client standards, and international best practices.
Supervise HSE Officers/Coordinators across various sites and operational locations.
Ensure compliance in daily operations, including drilling support, maintenance services, fabrication, logistics, and product handling.
Lead risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) for critical operations.
Ensure the Permit to Work system is effectively implemented and maintained.
Lead investigations for incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Provide Root Cause Analysis and ensure implementation of CAPA.
Conduct HSE training, induction sessions, toolbox meetings, and safety communications.
Coach supervisors and team leaders on safety leadership and behavior-based safety.
Coordinate internal and external HSE audits.
Ensure documentation accuracy including permits, inspection forms, legal compliance records, and ISO documents.
Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
Lead emergency drills and evaluate effectiveness of response procedures.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong proficiency in HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Skilled in developing and reviewing: HIRA / JSA / Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Emergency Response Plan & drills, Incident Investigation (RCA, 5-Why, TapRoot, or similar), Environmental monitoring (waste, emissions, chemical management).
Ability to analyze safety performance metrics (LTIFR, TRIR, near-miss trends).
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
