Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 10+ years in QHSE management, 5+ years in leadership.
  • QHSE certifications (ISO, OHSAS) preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Oversee QHSE policies and compliance.
  • Conduct audits and ensure safety standards.
  • Manage QHSE training and risk mitigation.
  • Develop sustainability strategies.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Knowledge of Indonesian QHSE regulations.
  • Technical Competence: Understand regulations related to food safety, hygiene, occupational safety, and the environment, such as: BPOM regulations on food safety; GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Standards; Environmental Health and Public Health Regulations; K3 Regulation from the Ministry of Manpower; Mastering the preparation and implementation of HACCP to ensure the safety of the food processing process; Experienced in internal and external QHSE audits, including ISO certification; Able to manage risks related to food production processes, hazard control, and incident mitigation in the work area.
  • Leadership & Managerial Competencies: Have a strategic leadership spirit and be able to develop a work culture oriented towards quality, safety, and the environment; Able to manage cross-departmental teams (production, operations, quality control, safety, and hygiene); Have good communication and negotiation skills to establish relationships with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
