Kualifikasi:

Possess Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Environment Engineering.
Having minimum 7-10 year of working experiences in related field.
Having AK3 Umum License, SMKP (Mandatory), AK3 Migas will be an advantage, SMK3.
Work location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
*Full vaccination against Covid-19 is required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Create and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in line with legal requirements and company standards.
Develop strategies to minimize or eliminate risks in the workplace and conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Organize and provide training for employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and environmental policies.
Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe work environment.
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, such as fires, chemical spills, or natural disasters.
Oversee the company's environmental impact, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation.
Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and compliance status for senior management.
Lead initiatives to continuously improve health, safety, and environmental performance.
