Kualifikasi:
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Environment Engineering.
  • Having minimum 7-10 year of working experiences in related field.
  • Having AK3 Umum License, SMKP (Mandatory), AK3 Migas will be an advantage, SMK3.
  • Work location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
  • *Full vaccination against Covid-19 is required.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Create and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in line with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Develop strategies to minimize or eliminate risks in the workplace and conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Organize and provide training for employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and environmental policies.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, such as fires, chemical spills, or natural disasters.
  • Oversee the company's environmental impact, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation.
  • Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and compliance status for senior management.
  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve health, safety, and environmental performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Knowledgeable on tender process.
  • Understanding CSMS, HSE Plan, LPI, PJA.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 17020 will be advantage.
  • Capable for creating and reviewing of HIRADC, IADL and Investigation.
  • Good Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal Skill and Fast-Learner.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, neat and detail oriented.
