Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or other related fields.
  • Has minimum of 2 years of experience in the HSE field.
  • Possess AK3 U/ POP/SMKP Auditor certifications (preferred).
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement and enforce Planned and Unplanned Inspection Reports.
  • Coordinate occupational health and safety operational activities.
  • Conduct safety control by issuing work permits for high-risk tasks and performing daily safety patrols.
  • Oversee and implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) systems and procedures.
  • Carry out environmental management activities (RKL-RPL reporting). Prepare SIMPEL reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Proficient in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, etc).
  • Capable of: Compiling and implementing HIRARC/JSA; Compiling PTW system (Hot Work, Confined Space, Lifting, Blasting, Working at Height); Analyzing and following up on audit findings, inspections, and work incidents; Leading work accident investigations (RCA, 5Why, Fishbone); Managing zero accident programs, emergency response, and routine K3L training.
  • Strong leadership, thorough, and oriented towards preventive actions.
  • Capable of building effective communication across divisions (operational, HR, engineering).
