Kualifikasi:
  • Has an experience in EPC industry in relevant field for min. 15+ years.
  • Willing to work on site (Papua) with rotation.
  • Has a certificate of General K3 Expert from the Ministry of Manpower; ISO 45001 & 14001 Lead Auditor; Permit to Work System, LOTO, Confined Space, Fire Fighting, Well Control.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate Project HSSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and operational SOP for EPC/OM/Well Services projects.
  • Adjust the internal HSSE system to client requests (HSE bridging document).
  • Lead the HSSE team (officer, supervisor, paramedic, fire & rescue) at several project locations.
  • Provide strategic direction and technical supervision to all HSSE personnel.
  • Ensure that Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Lifting, Rig-up/down, Pressure Testing, and Well Intervention work are supervised according to SOP & work permits.
  • Verify HIRADC documents and administrative/technical controls.
  • Ensure timely incident reporting, thorough investigations (ICAM/TapRoot), and corrective actions are implemented.
  • Prepare project HSSE performance reports (monthly, quarterly) for management and clients.
  • Lead internal audits and assist external audits (clients, certification, regulators).
  • Conducting review and continuous improvement of the project HSSE management system.
  • Becoming the company's HSSE representative during tenders, pre-mob meetings, kick-off meetings, safety committee meetings with clients (Pertamina, Medco, Chevron, BP, PLN, BUMN Konstruksi, etc.).
  • Delivering HSSE presentations professionally and diplomatically.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiar with EPC Project.
  • Familiar with SMK3, SKK Migas HSE MS, API RP 75, API RP 54/59, OSHA, NFPA standards.
  • Able to compile and present documents: HIRADC, JSA, HSSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan, KPI Dashboard, CAPA Report.
  • Accustomed to dealing with external audits, client tender processes, and communication with inspectorates and regulators (ESDM, K3, SKK Migas, KLHK).
  • Able to lead multidisciplinary and cross-location teams.
