Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field.
Preferably have experience in the mining industry
Willing to be placed at any of the company's project sites.
Have a General K3 Expert Certificate (Ministry of Manpower), POP/POM Certification (if active in mining operations), Additional certifications: ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, SMK3 Auditor, Emergency Response Management, HAZOP/HAZID.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop short and long term occupational health and safety policies.
Align HSE strategies with national and international standards.
Ensure the implementation of the ISO 45001 / SMK3 system runs throughout the mining site & processing facilities.
Ensure all high-risk work (blasting, crushing, hauling, metal processing) has SOP and safe work permits.
Conduct routine inspections of mining areas, workshops, metallurgical processing plants.
Manage internal and external audit programs and follow up on the results.
Conduct systematic risk identification and mitigation.
Lead incident investigations and prepare root cause analysis & preventive action reports.
Ensure the company meets all obligations to agencies: ESDM, DLH, Disnaker.
Represent the company in government audits, emergency meetings, or field investigations.
Manage the processing, storage, and reporting of B3 waste, liquid waste, and emissions.
Cooperate with the environmental and operational divisions in controlling environmental impacts.
Leading the campaign, training, and development of a “zero accident” culture in the work environment.
Coaching HSE teams at sites and centers to achieve high safety standards.

Good understanding of coal mining operational activities.
Technical Competencies:
Understand mining safety standards (ESDM Ministerial Decree No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, ESDM Ministerial Regulation 26/2018); Able to compile and evaluate RKL-RPL, SMK3, JSA, SOP, and Emergency Plan documents; Understand waste management, hazardous gases, heavy equipment, and high-risk work environments; Lead inspections, audits, and root cause analysis of work accident incidents.
Non-Technical Competencies: Strategic leadership and coaching of subordinates; Ability to communicate with regulators, field workers, and top management; Quick decision-making in crisis situations.
