Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Safety, Environmental, Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related technical field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HSE work experience specifically in the Oil and Gas industry, with proven exposure to oilfield services or engineering technology providers.
- Certifications: Mandatory requirement: Must hold a valid Certified Ahli K3 Migas credential issued by ESDM / BNSP or Kemnaker RI. Holding NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety (ITC), NIOSH certification, or Lead Auditor ISO 45001/14001 is strongly preferred and will be a distinct advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- HSE Procedures: - Set up HSE policy, guidelines and procedures based on SKK Migas and Ministry of Manpower regulations. - Develop project-specific emergency management procedures and the emergency response team, working closely with government authorities and other relevant external institutions. - Support the development of the Company’s HSE plan and objectives. - Ensure HSE procedures are in place in the field during drilling operations. - Promote HSE awareness to all Head Office and field employees.
- HSE Implementation: - Ensure the Contractor Safety Management System (risk assessment, project pre-qualification, contractor selection, pre-job activity, work in progress and final evaluation) complies with BPMIGAS regulations. - Manage day-to-day HSE compliance, including during drilling operations. - Conduct HSE audits and inspections, risk assessments, incident and accident investigations and process analysis, provide proper PPE and coordinate training. - Maintain HSE statistical reports as required by SKK Migas and Ditjen Migas.
- Findings and Corrective Actions: - Monitor and track the corrective action register so that actions are assigned, started and closed on time, for findings from ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SKK Migas HSE inspections and Ditjen Migas HSE inspections.
- Government Liaison: - Maintain a strong relationship with SKK Migas and other government authorities. - Provide monthly OHS reports to SKK Migas, Migas, Kemnaker, Disnaker and others. - Coordinate closely with emergency agencies (BASARNAS, BPBD, SKK Migas IOC, etc.).
- Team Development: - Motivate and develop team members to improve their ability to carry out their duties. - Coach, mentor and train them for career development planning.

- Soft Skills: Strategic leadership, high-level planning, analytical thinking, executive communication, strong interpersonal negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
- Hard Skills: Oilfield HSE coordination, SKK Migas compliance management, project HSE Plan & Bridging Document design, HIRADC/HAZID execution, contractor HSE management (CHESM), incident investigation (RCA), ISO 45001/14001 auditing, and executive safety reporting.
