Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the HSE field, with at least 2 years in a Coordinator/Supervisory role, preferably in construction, EPC, or heavy industry projects.
Must hold AK3 Umum certification (mandatory).
Willing to work on-site and available for placement in Medan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the Project HSE Management System.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and applicable HSE regulations.
Supervise HSE Officers and monitor contractor HSE performance.
Coordinate HSE risk assessments and ensure control measures are effectively implemented.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and HSE meetings.
Review method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments from an HSE perspective.
Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare consolidated HSE reports for project management.
Lead incident investigations and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
Promote a proactive safety culture across all EPCMI project activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Permit to Work system, JSA, HIRADC, and Toolbox Meetings.
Indonesian Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
Ability to develop, review, and control HSE Plans, SOPs & Work Instructions related to HSE, Weekly and monthly HSE reports.
Proven leadership skills, assertive, communicative, and able to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Capable of conducting incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and preparing Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
