Kualifikasi:

NES Fircroft is currently supporting clients in the petrochemical industry to recruit for several contract-based project roles located in Cilegon.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering), Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10–15 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years as an HSE Manager in petrochemical EPC projects.
Proven experience in large-scale EPC phases: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, AK3 Migas/Umum, or equivalent.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Establish, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Management Plan throughout EPC phases.
Ensure full compliance with applicable legal, client, and corporate HSE requirements.
Lead HSE risk assessments and ensure risk control measures are effectively implemented.
Manage and supervise HSE teams and contractor HSE performance.
Monitor HSE KPIs, conduct audits, and report HSE performance to project management.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed.
Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities and work sites.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of petrochemical process hazards and construction safety risks.
Thorough understanding of international standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OSHA.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Development and implementation of HSE Management Systems for EPC projects.
Strong leadership and contractor HSE management capabilities.
Hazard identification and risk assessment (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA/JHA).
Construction safety management (working at height, lifting, confined space, hot work).
Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Effective communication with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
