Kualifikasi:
- Male, maximum 45 years old.
- Minimum Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar position.
- Possess an active General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) and/or Oil & Gas Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Migas) certification.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be a strong advantage.
- Willing to be assigned to all PT PLKK project locations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and ensure implementation of HSE programs across all project sites.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Monitor waste management activities in accordance with environmental and B3 waste regulations.
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety observations.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage HSE documentation, reports, statistics, and Safety Management System records.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, training, and awareness programs.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture throughout project operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Implementation of HSE Management Systems. Safety Management System (SMS) documentation and control. Risk assessment, HIRADC, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Incident investigation and corrective action management. Hazardous waste (B3) handling and environmental compliance. HSE auditing, inspection, and monitoring. Permit to Work (PTW) management. HSE reporting, KPI monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team coordination. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. High level of responsibility and integrity. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental excellence.
