Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Inspector, HSE Inspector, or Safety Officer in mining, heavy construction, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). Additional certifications such as POP, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, HIRADC, Incident Investigation, Defensive Driving, or Internal SMK3 Auditor will be an advantage.
- Experienced in conducting routine safety inspections, safety patrols, compliance audits, behavioral safety observations, and corrective action follow-up.
- Physically fit, disciplined, highly responsible, willing to work on remote mining construction sites, and available to work on roster schedules.
- Willing to be assigned to Mining Construction Projects in Sulawesi and Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections and routine safety patrols to ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures, and project safety requirements.
- Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental hazards, then recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Verify the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRADC, and other operational safety documents before work activities commence.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, hot work, confined space entry, work at height, electrical work, and heavy equipment operations.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Participate in incident investigations, near-miss reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action verification.
- Support toolbox meetings, safety briefings, safety campaigns, and HSE awareness programs to strengthen the project's safety culture.
- Monitor contractor compliance with company HSE standards, Indonesian mining regulations, and client requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE inspection reports, hazard observation reports, and safety performance records.
- Assist in emergency response drills, evacuation exercises, fire prevention programs, and environmental protection initiatives.
- Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Promote continuous improvement in occupational health, safety, and environmental performance across all project activities.

Scaffolding and Lifting Operation Safety Monitoring. HSE Documentation and Reporting. ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation. Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting systems.
