Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years oil and gas experience in a HSE support function.
  • HSE experience with exploration well drilling project, including drilling site experience.
  • Experience interpreting internal and/or external standards and applying to field operations.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Review Hazard Analysis including Planning Phase Hazard Analysis, JSA, and other.
  • Develop Analysis and report related to HES.
  • Assist company D&C Representatives to ensure compete and qualified document.
  • Securing incident location, developing initial incident report, collecting relevant dana and investigating incident.
  • Encourage and promote HES campaign to increase HES awareness.
  • Preparing required document and monitor action items completion.
  • Monitor environmental protection implementation to achieve compliance.
  • Conduct HES functional review for equipment/ process and procedure change in operation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiar with the HSE regulations required for exploration well drilling project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
