Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience as an HSE Engineer, HSE Officer, Safety Engineer, or equivalent position in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Commissioning, Petrochemical, or Industrial Projects.
- Experience in Construction & Commissioning activities is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI). Additional certifications such as AK3 Migas, ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001:2015, NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), H2S, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, Rigging & Lifting, Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), and Incident Investigation will be considered an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement project HSE programs in accordance with Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and company HSE policies.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification to ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards.
- Review and verify HIRADC, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, and Permit to Work documentation before work execution.
- Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, working at height, excavation, electrical works, pressure testing, and commissioning activities.
- Support incident investigations, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation effectiveness.
- Facilitate daily toolbox meetings, safety induction sessions, HSE campaigns, and safety awareness programs.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident records, and project HSE statistics.
- Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, Client, and Contractors to ensure safe execution of project activities.
- Support emergency response preparedness, drills, and crisis management initiatives.
- Participate in internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement toward achieving Zero Accident performance.

- Hard Skills: Implementation of HSE Management Systems (SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Preparation and review of HIRADC, HIRA, JSA/JSEA, and Risk Assessments. Permit to Work (PTW) administration and compliance monitoring. Construction and commissioning HSE supervision. Incident reporting, investigation, and Root Cause Analysis. Safety inspection, audit, and compliance verification. Emergency Response planning and emergency drill coordination. Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) implementation. HSE performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and statistical analysis. Contractor HSE monitoring and safety performance evaluation.
