Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and client/SKK Migas requirements.
Lead HAZID, HAZOP, and risk assessment sessions for EPC project phases (engineering, procurement, construction).
Manage Permit to Work (PTW) system across all high-risk activities on O&G project sites.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and safety patrols; issue non-conformance reports and track closure.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; deliver root cause analysis and corrective actions to management.
Monitor and ensure environmental compliance including waste management, spill prevention, and AMDAL obligations.
Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs to project personnel and subcontractors.
Prepare and present HSE performance reports, statistics, and KPI dashboards in English to client and management.
Serve as the primary HSE liaison with client representatives, regulatory bodies (SKK Migas, MIGAS), and third-party auditors.
