Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE with a focus on Environmental Management (waste, emission, water treatment, etc.).
Holding certifications such as Environmental K3 Expert, SMK3, or ISO 14001 Auditor is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct inspections, supervision, and outreach on worker safety, occupational health, PPE use, and all company activities from an OHS perspective.
Provide first aid to accident victims (P3K), prepare accident reports, and conduct accident investigations.
Identify hazards, develop hazard management plans, and be responsible for special work permit process standards and the suitability of work equipment.
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual OHS reports.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of environmental laws and HSE regulations in Indonesia.
Familiar with ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System); implementation/auditing experience is preferred.
Able to identify environmental aspects and impacts, and prepare AMDAL/UKL-UPL/RKL-RPL documents.
Knowledge of hazardous and toxic waste (B3) management and reporting systems (e.g., SIMPEL, SILIKA, PROPER).
