Kualifikasi:
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Have experience min. 2 years in the same position in the mining industry (Preferred in Nickel Mining).
- Having integrity and loyalty.
- Minimum had the first booster vaccination.
- Must have POP certificate.
- Having a BNSP Certificate is preferred.
- Willing to be placed throughout the PT. Sinar Terang Mandiri Projects.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for coordinating and controlling all K3 activities.
- Carry out planned inspections, observation of planned tasks and random checks/ daily inspections.
- Collect data and facilitate incident investigations.
- Make project improvement every year for the work area.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Have good leadership.
- Can coordinate and motivate the team.
- Have good communication and attitude, discipline, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to operate computers well (Microsoft Office).
- Have a high level of responsibility and desire to carry out work according to work on safety procedures.
