Kualifikasi:

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor the HSE/K3 management system in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site safety inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Facilitate and lead Toolbox Talks, safety inductions, and training for workers.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Risk assessment and hazard identification (HIRA). Knowledge of construction safety procedures and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements. Accident/incident investigation and root cause analysis. Preparation of HSE documentation such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Permits, and Safety Reports. Implementation of Emergency Response Plans and safety drills. Familiarity with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 compliance.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Good Communication. Attention to detail and a high level of integrity. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
