Kualifikasi:

Max 35 years old
Bachelor or Diploma IV Degree from OHS or relevant Technical backgroundty Standards
Min. 3 years experience in same position in oil and gas industry
AK3 Umum certified is a must
Holding AK3 Oil and Gas is an advantage
Holding BOSIET active certificate is a must
Lead Auditor ISO is an Advantage
Have experience in Audit both Internal or External
Transportation and accomodation will be bear by employee
BALIKPAPAN AREA DOMICILE is a Priority
Placement in BALIKPAPAN AREA

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Provide advice, information and instruction on local HSE issues.
Keep on track the implementation of HSE procedures according to the requirements of standards (ISO, SMK3 etc).
Keep on track the implementation of HSE Plan and program according to the requirements of client.
Conduct necessary training and orientation for personnel involved in project.
Report HSE implementation on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Review and analyze injury and incident reports.
Report HSE performance to client on monthly basis or whenever needed.
Support HSE activity inside client’s premises such as emergency drill, weekly inspection, management walkthrough, HSE training, etc.
Help manage risks and hazards in their area.
Report and investigate incidents or injuries and implement agreed control measures.
Liaise with the head of the unit or controlled entity, HSE Unit and other safety personnel.
Develop accident and incident prevention strategies for their area.
Monitor local area compliance with HSE policy and procedures.
Audit local area HSE compliance with regard to risk, emergency and hazardous waste management.
Promote the HSE awareness.
Actively involved in all Safety, Health, and Environmental protection program.
