Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, OHS, or related scientific field.
Required to hold Certificate NEBOSH International GC or CSP is preferrable.
Min. 15 years in HSE, with 8 years in a managerial role on major oil & gas/LNG brownfield projects.
Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensures safety, health, and environmental compliance across the project.
Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE Management System in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Oversee and monitor HSE performance across all outsourced technical and engineering project sites.
Lead the development of risk management programs, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of workplace hazards.
Conduct HSE training, safety induction, and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
Supervise incident and accident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements in all service contracts and site operations.
Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management and clients.
Coordinate with government authorities (Kemnaker, KLHK, etc.) and certification bodies for audits and regulatory compliance.
Lead emergency preparedness and response drills across project sites.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety culture, sustainability, and environmental performance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification (HIRA, JSA), and incident investigation techniques. Capable of conducting internal HSE audits, safety inspections, and environmental monitoring. Proficiency in developing emergency response plans, HSE training modules, and behavior-based safety programs. Ability to coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure compliance with HSE contractual requirements.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership with the ability to foster a positive safety culture among diverse teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High integrity, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
