Kualifikasi:
- Candidate for a Marine Construction Company with an engineering background who also comes from the similar industry.
- Have a safety license or certificates or similar.
- Bachelor Degree in environmental health or engineering.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Create a K3 work program concept.
- Ensure all employees understand OHS policies.
- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of work programs in each safety unit.
- Ensure that every safety personnel understands and implements the K3 work program according to the division of work.
- Carry out coordination and consolidation.
- Coordinate with the dept. others related to the work to be carried out in the field of occupational safety and health.
- Prepare reports to management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good knowledge of Safety & Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management System Development, Risk Management, Safety & Health Management, Waste Management, Emergency Management, and Safety Operation.
- Good interpersonal skill, leadership, and being able to work.
