Kualifikasi:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering Field.
Min. 7 years Working Experiences.
Certification: Certified in K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) or equivalent national safety certification. ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor certification preferred. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent international qualification is highly desirable.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Management System Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s HSE Management System (HSE-MS) in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Establish and monitor HSE objectives, targets, and performance indicators at both corporate and project levels. Ensure that all HSE procedures and policies are effectively communicated and enforced across all construction sites. Monitor and ensure compliance with national regulations, client HSE requirements, and project-specific safety standards.
Leadership and Supervision: Lead and mentor HSE Officers, Supervisors, and Site Safety Teams across multiple project locations. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and management walkthroughs to verify implementation of HSE programs. Facilitate HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination sessions with project managers and subcontractors. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, government authorities, and regulatory agencies regarding HSE matters.
Risk Assessment and Incident Management: Oversee the preparation and review of Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and HAZID studies for construction activities. Ensure that Permit-to-Work systems are properly implemented and monitored on-site. Lead the incident investigation process, identify root causes, and develop corrective and preventive action plans. Maintain accurate HSE performance records and submit regular reports to top management and clients.
Training and Safety Awareness: Develop and coordinate HSE training programs for all employees and subcontractors, including safety induction and refresher training. Promote and cultivate a strong safety culture through campaigns, safety days, and continuous awareness activities. Identify training needs and ensure competency of HSE personnel in line with project requirements.
Environmental and Sustainability Oversight: Ensure that environmental protection procedures are implemented and maintained during all project phases. Monitor waste management, pollution control, and resource efficiency according to environmental regulations. Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, risk management, and environmental regulations. Skilled in developing HSE documentation, procedures, and audit systems. Proficient in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Ability to interpret and apply OSHA, ISO, and local regulatory standards. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
Soft Skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities across all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism. Ability to influence and promote a proactive safety culture. Able to Proficiently speak, read, understand and write English.
