Kualifikasi:
- At least 2 years of experience in the coal industry with production above 2 million per year.
- Have certificate POM.
- Have experience in the coal mining owner/ IUP.
- Placement Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur.
- Priority who can join early.
- Only for Indonesian citizen.
- Must have a certificate of The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/) or AK3U from KEMENAKER.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Roster 8:2.
- Ensure HSE program well implemented.
- Create HSE reports and analyze work accident statistics.
- Conduct HSE Internal Training.
- Promoting HSE and safety communication (safety meetings, HSE signs) to employees.
- Conduct inspections on work equipment, labor, workforce health and the work environment.
- Reviewing and conduct occupational safety complies to standart and safety training.
- Create SOP / WI for internal Departement.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Have strong leadership and good analytical.
- Have good communication skill.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing HSE practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Able to do work accident prevention and investigate the cause.
