I am currently supporting one of our clients, a leading company in the aquaculture and sustainable food production industry, known for operating large-scale, internationally certified facilities. They are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to strengthen their Health, Safety & Environment function.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HSE/EHS roles within manufacturing, aquaculture, food processing, or similar sectors.
Ahli K3 certification and experience with ISO 14001/45001 are highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Lead the implementation of HSE policies, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3.
Manage HIRA/HIRADC, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, UKL-UPL, and permit requirements.
Oversee waste management, emergency response, and continuous improvement programs.
Conduct HSE training, awareness programs, and coaching for all employees.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and internal stakeholders.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, audit processes, and risk assessment.
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
