Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 1 ~ 5 years experience in related position.
- Maximum 55 years old.
- Education: Bachelor's degree any major or equivalent level.
- Placement in Serang, Jakarta and All over Indonesia.
- Have a General AK3 Certificate (Ministry of Manpower).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all construction activities in the field are carried out according to K3 SOP and environmental standards.
- Monitor the use of PPE by all workers and ensure work tools are in safe condition.
- Conduct daily work area inspections and fill out the Safety Patrol Checklist.
- Create routine HSE reports: Daily HSE Report, Near Miss/Incident Report, Inspection findings and follow-up.
- Coordinate daily toolbox meetings and weekly safety campaigns.
- Ensure project waste management (solid, liquid, B3) is in accordance with procedures and does not pollute the environment.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understand and be able to implement: HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control); Permit to Work System (hot work, confined space, excavation, lifting, working at height); Toolbox Meeting and Safety Briefing; Reporting of work incidents and initial investigations; Inspection of PPE, scaffolding, heavy equipment, work area.
- Understand the basic regulations of K3 & Environment (Law No.1 of 1970, PP 50 of 2012, and regulations of the Ministry of Environment).
- Communicative and able to build K3L awareness at the worker level.
