Min. D3 with ≥3 years of HSE experience (Electrical Eng. background preferred).
Valid AK3 Umum & SKP certificate.
Experienced in PHR WK Rokan area (advantage).
Based in Dumai.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct daily HSE monitoring during artificial lift equipment maintenance, installation, and operation.
Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend appropriate control measures.
Report findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Report near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions promptly.
Conduct safety inductions for employees, new hires, and contractors.
Maintain accurate HSE records: inspection checklists, permits, training logs, incident reports.
Support emergency response drills at workshop and field sites.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Able to drive 4WD double cabin (with valid license).
Proficient in MS Office, familiar with ISO 45001 & 14001.
Strong familiarity with Indonesian K3 laws, ESDM regulations, and client HSE standards (SKK Migas).
Ability to conduct HSE induction, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness sessions.
