Kualifikasi:

Min. D3/S1 in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Min. 5 year of experience in construction/project HSE implementation.
Holding HSE certification (AK3 Umum/K3 Construction/Basic Safety) is preferred.
Available for placement across Indonesia region (Urgently Need: Jabodetabek).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations across all project sites.
Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments before the commencement of critical construction tasks.
Assist in developing and conducting HSE induction and training programs for employees and subcontractors.
Record, report, and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports to the HSE Supervisor/Manager.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and procedures (SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Capable of preparing and implementing HSE plans, inspections, and risk assessments (HIRADC, JSA).
Able to monitor and ensure compliance with safety rules on site.
Proficient in reporting incidents, near misses, and conducting safety meetings/toolbox talks.
Good communication and leadership skills in coordinating with all project personnel.
