Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health - Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
Min. 3 years of working experience as HSE Officer.
Hold active AK3U certificate.
Must be willing to be deployed to site project (remote area - PALEMBANG).
Able to join ASAP.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards across office, workshop, and client service sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and site assessments to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
Assist in developing HIRADC, JSA, and safety plans for service, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Ensure strict compliance with machine safety, LOTO procedures, electrical safety, chemical handling, and other technical safety standards relevant to pulp & paper mill environments.
Support technicians and engineers during field service jobs by providing safety oversight and guidance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

In depth knowledge of Health & Safety Environment according to local requirements.
Must be able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in documentation and reporting (MS Office, digital HSE tools).
