Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct site walkdowns and routine inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Assist with issuing, monitoring, and closing out daily permits for hazardous work.
  • Conduct toolbox briefings and safety induction for new workers, visitors, and subcontractors.
  • Record and escalate incidents, unsafe acts, and near-miss events to the HSE Coordinator or Supervisor.
  • Maintain daily HSE reports, inspection forms, checklists, attendance logs, and training records.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Solid understanding of K3 regulations, Indonesian labor safety laws, and industry HSE practices (especially in welding, lifting, and fabrication). Conducting daily site inspections to monitor unsafe acts/conditions.
  • Soft Skills (Behavioral): Field communication and interpersonal skills with workers, supervisors, and subcontractors. High alertness and attention to detail for hazard recognition. Assertive but respectful when intervening in unsafe behavior. Strong reporting and documentation habits (daily checklists, HSE logs).
  • Strong commitment to HSE standards and project delivery.
