Kualifikasi:

Employment Type: Full-time.
High of Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Safety & Health Majority or same field.
Has an experience more than 5 years in Drilling / Geothermal.
Certifications of IADC, KKKS Migas & H2S are often mandatory.
Having training or experience in Well Cap or Rig Pass can be a strong advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Provide essential safety training and drills to all rig personnel.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
Drug/alcohol screening per site policy; monitor mental health, stress, and fitness-to-work.
Potable water testing, food safety/galley hygiene inspections, camp sanitation audits; outbreak management (respiratory, gastroenteritis).
Participate in risk assessments, SIMOPS reviews, and incident investigations for medical/ergonomic root causes
Develop and implement OHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), conduct gas tests, and ensure safety-critical equipment is functioning correctly and that permits-to-work are followed.
