Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (Preferred majoring in Occupational Health and Safety)
  • At least 3 years experiences as HSE Officer (Preferred field experience in chemical plant/ refinery)
  • Having AK3 Umum Certification will be more advantages
  • Experiences in HSE reporting and policies
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Assists project team with daily pre-planning activities
  • Execute risk assessments and job hazard analysis process of identifying hazards and putting controls in place
  • Encourages a proactive reporting culture, and assisting project team with the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Project Safety Plan
  • Conducts regular site safety inspections, reports deficiencies, analyzes inspection and incident data to identify opportunities to develop preventive and corrective practices
  • Participate in regulatory agency and Lenders inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with all local, state, & Lenders regulations
  • Conducts all job wide related safety training
  • Prepare the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Safety Report
  • Monitor all work activity for conformance with site safety requirements
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good knowledge of health, safety, environmental regulations Understand for potentially hazardous materials, risk assessment and practices
  • Good communication skills, familiar to provide safety talk/briefing and safety campaign
  • Computer literate and fluent in English
