Kualifikasi:

Karawang, Batam Island, Palembang, Weda Bay, South Kalimantan.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HSE within construction projects.
General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum).
Construction Safety Certification (preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Establish and improve the HSE management system, implement safety and environmental regulations, break down management objectives, and ensure responsibilities are effectively assigned and implemented across all departments.
Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment, identify on-site safety risks, and supervise high-risk operations and the implementation of safety measures.
Organize safety and environmental training and emergency drills, investigate and handle incidents, and control environmental impacts such as waste gas and wastewater. (K3 certification required).
