Kualifikasi:

Male, maximum 30 years old.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Certified in K3 Migas (Oil and Gas Industry Safety).
Certified in Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET (Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training).
Authorized Gas Tester certified.
Preferably domiciled in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
Willing to work on a 1-year contract.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement HSE Management System.
Prepare HSE reports and analyze HSE statistical data.
Ensure hazard identification, risk assessment, and HSE programs are implemented properly.
Conduct regular training to increase employee awareness of occupational health and safety (K3).
Carry out regular HSE audits and report findings to management.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of oil & gas HSE regulations, offshore safety, and cold works practices. Skilled in risk assessment, job safety analysis (JSA), incident investigation, and HSE documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities for delivering HSE training effectively. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. Demonstrated leadership in promoting safety culture and compliance.
