Min D3/S1 in Occupational HSE Engineering, or related field.
2+ years experience in HSE roles, preferably in solar or construction projects.
HSE certifications mandatory:
-Certified Electrical Safety Officer (AK3L).
First Aid (P3K).
Incident Investigation.
-Firefighting Class D.
-General HSE Expert (AK3U).
-Working at Height Level II (TKBT II). - Working at Height Worker Level 1 (TKPK 1).
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across our solar EPC (PLTS) projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safe work practices, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement in site safety culture.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop and implement HSE plans, risk assessments, and emergency response protocols for PLTS sites.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations and project-specific safety standards.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and local authorities on safety matters.
Maintain documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Familiarity with SMK3, ISO 45001, and local safety regulations.
