Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE roles within Oil & Gas construction, fabrication, or maintenance projects.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Certified in: Ahli K3 Umum (Ministry of Manpower – Indonesia) or equivalent. HSE Supervisor / Officer Certification (Oil & Gas). Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) – if required for offshore assignment. First Aid and Fire Fighting Training. ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification (preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise and implement the HSE Management System across all phases of oil & gas project activities (civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and commissioning).
Ensure all project activities comply with the company’s HSE Policy, Work Permit System, and Client HSE Standards.
Identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions within the work area and initiate corrective actions.
Monitor high-risk activities such as hot works, working at height, lifting operations, confined space entry, and pressure testing.
Lead incident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare and submit incident reports, HSE statistics, and trend analyses to HSE Manager.
Conduct HSE induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.
Facilitate Toolbox Talks, Safety Campaigns, and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs.
Ensure proper waste segregation, storage, and disposal in compliance with local environmental regulations.
Monitor the use of chemicals, fuels, and lubricants to prevent spills or contamination.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical (Hard) Skills: Excellent knowledge of oil & gas site safety practices including hot work, confined space, lifting, and electrical isolation. Proficiency in HIRA, JSA, PTW, and incident investigation methodologies (Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why, etc.). Strong understanding of construction safety standards, hazard communication, and environmental management. Ability to lead site inspections, audits, and safety campaigns independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HSE reporting systems.
Behavioral (Soft) Skills: Strong leadership and the ability to influence safe behavior across multiple disciplines. Proactive, assertive, and detail-oriented in enforcing safety rules and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural teams and subcontractors. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Capable of working under pressure, time constraints, and dynamic project conditions. Committed to fostering a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.
