Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in HSE roles within Communication Infrastructure, IT Solutions, Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, or related industries.
Certified in: Basic Safety / K3 Umum (mandatory), First Aid, Fire Fighting, and Working at Height (preferred), Additional HSE certifications (SMK3, ISO, Electrical Safety) are an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and standards across all Communication, IT, and M&E project sites.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements, safe work practices, and regulatory standards.
Support project teams in conducting risk assessments, JSA/HIRADC, and ensuring adequate control measures are implemented.
Lead and facilitate Toolbox Meetings, safety briefings, and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
Monitor high-risk activities such as: Electrical works (panel installation, testing & commissioning), Tower climbing and working at height, Fiber optic cable installation, M&E equipment handling and lifting operations.
Conduct or assist in incident/accident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation including permits to work, safety checklists, inspection forms, and monthly HSE performance reports.
Ensure all workers and contractors comply with PPE requirements and safety protocols.
Support implementation of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 initiatives and internal audits.
Participate in emergency response planning and drills, ensuring readiness of emergency equipment.
Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies regarding HSE matters.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of HSE standards, regulations, and risk management, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulatory requirements (K3, Permenaker).
Ability to work in field and project environments, including telecommunication tower sites, data centers, and M&E work areas.
Skilled in preparing HSE reports, toolbox meeting materials, and safety documentation.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
