Kualifikasi:

Only for Domicile Bali
Minimum education of Vocational School of Engineering / D3 Engineering / K3 / Environment or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Have a General K3 Certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture (MANDATORY).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct daily supervision of compliance with HSE procedures at the job site.
Ensure the use of PPE according to company standards and types of work.
Proactively identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
Deliver a report of findings to the HSE Officer and assist in the follow-up of corrective actions.
Assist in recording safety talks, safety briefings, and toolbox meetings.
Become an example of safe behavior in the field and become a role model for new workers.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to conduct daily inspections, PPE supervision, and identify potential hazards.
Be familiar with toolbox meeting activities, safety talks, and monitoring of high-risk activities.
Can read and fill out PTW, JSA, LOTO, and standard inspection forms.
