Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas construction, fabrication, or maintenance projects.
Certified in:
Ahli K3 Umum (Ministry of Manpower – Indonesia) or equivalent.
Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) – required for offshore projects.
First Aid and Fire Safety Training.
ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015 awareness or internal auditor training (preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement and enforce the company’s HSE Management System (HSE-MS) at the project site.
Identify potential risks in high-risk operations such as hot work, confined space, working at height, lifting, and pressure testing.
Conduct Safety Induction for new workers, subcontractors, and visitors entering the site.
Assist in the investigation of incidents, near misses, and property damage, and help determine root causes.
Monitor waste management, chemical handling, and spill control to ensure compliance with environmental regulations (ISO 14001 standards).
Maintain accurate HSE records, including inspection reports, incident logs, training attendance, and checklists.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Good knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment, and permit-to-work procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with multicultural teams.
