Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of HSE experience, preferably in construction or renewable energy.
Preferred certifications: K3 Umum, K3 Listrik, TKBT, or other relevant safety certifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and oversee HSE protocols to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
Report directly to the Board of Directors and collaborate across divisions to maintain a safe work environment.
Create and update HSE policies in line with regulations and best practices.
Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and deliver safety training for employees and contractors.
Lead accident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure project sites comply with HSE standards and legal requirements.
Manage the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) to enforce safety protocols.
Prepare and present safety reports to the Board of Directors.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to promote a strong safety culture.
