Kualifikasi:

Placement: Site (Wahau), Status: PKWT/Contract.
Minimum S1 in Engineering or HSE with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems (preferred).
10+ years experience in HSE and processing plant or bulk material handling.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure that Contractor develop HSE philosophies and procedures
Hazard Identification (HAZID), risk assesments, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential hazards.
In collaboration with Contractor create hazardous area classification drawings and ensure proper safety measures are implemented in hazardous area
Proactively indentify, assess, and mitigate HSE risks during the engineering design phase, ensuring that the final design is safe, enviromentally sound and compliant with all relevant requirements.
In collaboration with contractor developing and maintaining emergency responce plans.
Assist HR in preparing job training and skill development plans related to HSE.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Understand the laws and regulations related to HSE, risk management and incident handling.
Have good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills, as well as honesty and responsibility.
Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin in valuable.
Honest, disciplined and bale to work individually and in teams.
